Viristar Becomes an Organizational Member of Overseas Security Body OSAC

Viristar recently joined OSAC, previously known as the Overseas Security Advisory Council, as an organizational member, to improve the safety and security of Viristar’s international operations, and to contribute resources and insights to the global security community.

OSAC is a partnership between the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Diplomatic Security and the private sector which supports global travel risk management and security. OSAC connects Diplomatic Security Service representatives with private-sector professionals from organizations engaged in international work for ongoing threat awareness and crisis support.

Viristar works with a number of independent schools, international schools, corporations and government bodies based in the USA and which engage in international travel. Viristar has also worked with professionals in the travel, adventure, experiential and adventure sectors in some 80 countries worldwide. And Viristar employees based in the USA also travel globally for consulting, training, communications or other projects. OSAC’s resources help Viristar ensure that its clients and staff can benefit from OSCA’s deep knowledge of the safety and security milieu worldwide.
