
Viristar is hiring for a Communications and Events Coordinator.

The Communications and Events Coordinator supports Viristar’s communications and events by managing digital content, maintaining online platforms, and assisting with event planning and logistics. This role contributes to the promotion and delivery of Viristar’s services and events through email marketing, social media, website and learning management system updates, and the coordination of event-related communications and materials.
The Coordinator works closely with the Communications Manager and cross-departmental staff on event promotion and logistics, content creation and administrative support.
Qualifications include a minimum of two years of professional experience in communications, marketing, or a related field; excellent written and interpersonal communication skills; strong organizational and project management abilities; and proficiency with common digital communications tools and platforms.
The position requires the ability to work independently and remotely, willingness to travel domestically and internationally for events, and eligibility to work in the USA. Anticipated salary range is US $45,000 – $50,000, and includes a generous benefits package.
