Viristar is hiring an Outreach & Operations Coordinator
The position is remote, based in the USA, and half-time (with potential for future full-time status). Anticipated starting full-time equivalent salary range US $40,000-45,000 (50% for half-time status).
Job responsibilities include handling administrative tasks such as customer service, scheduling, and organizing presentations and events. Duties also include marketing activities such as creating and posting social media content and staffing conference booths, as well as performing Zoom tech duties during online training sessions.
The position requires excellent attention to detail, and outstanding written and spoken communication skills. Professional-level writing capability is required.
The successful candidate will join a young and rapidly growing organization with a staff team based in the USA and Asia providing training and consulting services to clients in over 45 countries on six continents.
