Viristar, Vietnam and Wilderness Medicine
Viristar has taught a number of Wilderness First Aid and Wilderness Advanced First Aid courses in Vietnam, in locations from Hạ Long in the north to Bình Định Province in the South Central Coast region.
This course, however, marks the first time Viristar will be running a wilderness medicine training in Vietnam since in-person courses were paused during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Viristar staff have provided wilderness medicine trainings in 17 countries on four continents since 1997.
Viristar offers Wilderness First Responder, WFR Recertification, Wilderness Advanced First Aid, Wilderness First Aid, WAFA to WFR Bridge, Wilderness Medicine Workshop and Wilderness EMS courses, which lead to certifications by WMAI, which whom Viristar is a licensed training company.
