The Viristar name, logo and other brand assets are strictly protected and require advance written permission from Viristar to use. Following are our guidelines that will help you decide how best to approach using the Viristar brand. 

Overview

Viristar does not lend, endorse, sponsor, collaborate or partner with external parties through the use of its name, logos or images in a way that could imply an endorsement or sponsorship of any company, individual or other entity, its products or services, or other business activities, unless formal written permission from Viristar has been obtained. Viristar manages its formal collaborations and partnerships carefully and maintains a formal process for authorized use of its trademarks and brand assets.  

Allowed Uses

You may use Viristar brand assets, such as logos and brand name, only in the following circumstances:

Accurate Reference

You may reference Viristar by name in text when:

• Citing our published materials
• Acknowledging participation in Viristar trainings
• Referring to a partnership or engagement that has been formally established in writing
• Describing Viristar in professional contexts

Approved Collaborations

If your organization has a confirmed collaboration, contract or project with Viristar, you may use approved brand assets solely within the scope of the written agreement describing that collaboration, contract or project.

Prohibited Uses

Viristar brand assets may not be used in a way that could imply an endorsement, sponsorship, collaboration or partnership where none exists.

The following uses are not permitted:

• Using the Viristar logo, name or visual assets to promote services, products, events or organizations without prior written approval
• Modifying, distorting or altering the logo, colors, fonts or design elements
• Creating your own versions of the Viristar logo
• Using outdated or unapproved logo files

Logo Usage 

The Viristar logo may be used with advance written permission from Viristar. 

The logo must:

• Appear only in its official, unaltered form
• Include safe margins and clear space
• Be displayed at legible size and proper color contrast
