Viristar is delighted to welcome Rachel Weber as our new Communications & Events Associate.

Rachel brings a background in media, communications and storytelling to her work. Before joining Viristar, she spent more than six years with VICE Media Group, where she worked across global PR and brand communications campaigns and helped coordinate cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple teams and regions.

Earlier in her career, Rachel worked in film distribution with companies including XYZ Films and RSA Films, where she supported festival operations, production logistics, and international marketing efforts. She studied Theatre Arts and Cinematic Arts at the University of Southern California, a foundation that continues to inform her interest in narrative, audience engagement and creative collaboration.

Rachel lives in coastal New Jersey with her partner and their dog. Outside of work, she spends as much time as she can outdoors by surfing, hiking, mountain biking and taking road trips in their van to explore new trails, campsites and stretches of coastline!
