From time to time, Viristar may publish or otherwise offer discount and/or promotional vouchers. Any such offerings are subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. Information on how to participate forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
2. By participating, recipients agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
3. Recipients must comply with these Terms & Conditions for a voucher to be valid.
4. Vouchers are not transferable, and cannot be combined with any other vouchers or any other offer, discounts or promotions.
5. Vouchers are not reedemable for cash, unless required by law.
6. Unless otherwise speciied in writing, vouchers are single-use only and good for one (1) enrollment in a Viristar course, or one service redemption as indicated on the voucher. Vouchers may not be redeemed against any other product or offering.
7. The redemption of any voucher is subject to availability of the contemplated course or service, and does not imply any guarantee of course or service availability within any given timeframe.
8. Vouchers for courses and other educational offerings are for use against published, open enrollment courses and may not be used for custom, bespoke or private courses unless specified on the voucher in writing.
9. Each voucher is valid for a limited time only and expires on the date specified. Strictly no rain checks.
10. Viristar shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (even if caused by negligence) as a result of accepting and/or using the couchers, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
11. Vouchers cannot be used to pay for taxes, shipping and handling or other charges. Customer is required to pay any applicable tax (including sales tax or otherwise) related to the use of the vouchers.
12. A voucher’s cash value is 1/100th of one cent.
13. Vouchers are void if restricted or prohibited by law.
14. Viristar reserves the right to update these terms and conditions from time to time.
